Shipping policy

FULFILLMENT

 

In-stock items will ship within 1-4 business days. Pre-order items are handmade to order, please allow a 6-8 week window from the date the order is placed for your piece to be completed. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking via email. Please note the 6-8 week production time excludes any holiday closures.

If you placed an order with multiple items and not all items are in stock, the order will ship once all items are ready. If you would like items to ship as ready for an additional fee, please contact us.

If you need your order sooner than the posted turn around time, write us prior to ordering at adatuncer@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

By purchasing on our website you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. Ada Taki is not responsible for packages once in transit; including any damaged, lost, or tampered with packages.

 

INTERNATIONAL

 

International customers are responsible for any duties or tax fees that may apply. All International orders are final sale.  At this time we do not offer international repairs but we recommend taking your pieces to a local jewelry repair shop for minor repairs.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Items purchased within a 24 hour period of a Ada Taki discount promotion will be honored.
